Refund policy — ChannelVerity

Automatic refunds

A report costs 100 credits. Your credits go back to your balance, without you asking, when:

a report fails to finish for any reason, including our servers restarting mid-run; or
a report finds fewer than 15 verified places. The report is still yours to keep and read.

Each refund appears in your billing history with the reason.

Payments are final

We do not refund money — not for credit packs, used or unused, and not for membership payments, in whole or in part. Credits never expire, so ones you have not used stay in your balance for as long as your account exists.

The membership

The membership is $30 a month and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; it stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not charged again. The 300 credits granted each month stay yours after you cancel.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account from Settings is immediate. It cancels a membership straight away, without a refund for the rest of the month, and any credits left in your balance end with the account.

If something else went wrong

If a report did not do what it should and none of the above covers it, write to hello@channelverity.com with the report’s name. We read every one, and where a report fell short we may put its credits back. Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; a dispute takes weeks and an email usually takes a day.
